I know some of you are feeling stuck at home and have energy to get out. Here are two free resources you can use to help. Both apps can be downloaded to your phone.

  1. Nike Training Club has a variety of workouts you can choose from. You can choose between using equipment to no equipment, the intensity of beginner intermediate and advanced and the time internal of 15 to 45 mins. The NTC premium is also offered free until further notice.
  2. Yoga Down Dog is a different type of workout most of you are not use to. It is an opportunity to work out your mind and body. It will challenge your core strength as well as flexibility. The app is now being offered for free until July for all students.
